Greenwood class action: opting out

The period for sending an opt-out notice ended on November 23, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

A class member is included in the action automatically and does not have to take any further step at this stage. A judgment on the common issues, favourable or not, binds every class member who has not opted out.
